Honey Bread Recipe

I just realized last month went by without any post!!!!! Noooooo!!!! Is the time really flying that fast?!
Oh well, today I am here with a quick fix recipe, are you ready? Here goes:
Here's what you will need:


- 1 can condensed milk (keep the can and use it to measure the milk!)
- same measurement of milk
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. instant coffee (I omitted this ingredient because I have little ones)
- 1 cup honey
- 3 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp. baking soda

Mix the first 5 ingredients well and sieve the last three as you add them to the mix.




Now just grease baking sheets and sprinkle them with flour, add the batter. I got 24 mini cupcakes and a loaf of bread (it's a lot!). Oven temperature is 350 F and it is ready when a toothpick comes out clean after inserted in the bread (around 15 mins for the mini-cupcake and 25 mins for the loaf, but keep an eye, these times vary)
